Questions Can I enter on the day?Unfortunately no. To help with the organisation of the event entries are not accepted on the day. Am I insured for the ride?Bridge to Bass Hills is covered by public liability insurance, but this does not cover accidents caused by individuals or other riders. It is recommended that you have personal accident insurance or medical cover along with ambulance cover, or a suitable level of health insurance. How challenging are the rides and how fit should I be?All rides will feel longer than their advertised distance due to the hills experienced. Though this is a recreational ride cyclists must be physically prepared to take on the Bass Hills. The course map and profile show the challenge of the ride. I have a question. Who do I contact?
What are the events terms and conditions?I understand that cycling on public roads is a potentially hazardous activity. Upon undertaking the event I agree I am physically fit and my bike is in sound mechanical order. For Bridge to Bass Hills I agree to wear a cycling helmet, abide by road rules, obey the directions of Victoria Police and event marshals and ride with care and consideration of others on the road. I understand Bridge to Bass Hills is covered by public liability insurance only. There is no personal insurance associated with this, so it does not cover accidents caused by myself, individuals or other riders. I agree for my image to be used by Event Support in any cycling related promotional material.
