Ticket prices offer great value.   They include:  

1.  Entry into the three unique and fabulous fun parks.
2.  All day access to all the activities at each fun park.  
3.  A savings of $113.00 from the normal family (4) price of entering A Maze'N Things and the Koala Conservation Centre.

6.  Opportunity to bring your own food and drink.
7.  And of course family time doing things together.  

A.  General questions

Children 3 and under are free.

A family is 4 persons. This can be any combination of adults and children. 

Ticket prices are GST inclusive. 

There is no booking fee if tickets are purchased prior to the festival day. 

Tickets can be purchased on the day at the festival. A $5.00 late booking fee will apply. 


B.  Discount questions
 
Discount card holders gain an additional 10% saving off the full price of individual tickets only.  If the card holder is part of a family ticket the saving does not apply as they are already getting the family discount. On the same basis, if the card holder is an additional family member the saving does not apply as they are already getting a 10% discount.

Discount cards accepted are health care card, veterans, pensioner, senior, student 

Two day tickets are heavily discounted. As such no further discount applies (i.e. additional family members and discount card holders).   Also, two day tickets at the discounted rate can only be purchased prior to the festival or on the morning of day 1.

A second day family ticket purchased at the end of Saturday is at the full rate less 15%, i.e. $119.00.


C.  Over the phone booking conditions

Conditions of over the phone bookings through the Newhaven Information Centre 1300 366 422 are: 

· Must be Visa or Mastercard

· Tickets can be collected from Newhaven Information Centre on Phillip Island between 9am and 5pm seven days a week

· If customer wants tickets mailed, they will be mailed using the regular post not registered mail

· The Information Centre will not accept responsibility if tickets get lost in the mail.  As such we encourage customer to pick up tickets from the centre

It's located on site at the Koala Conservation Centre and also next door to the festival site at Newhaven College Year 9 Centre.

Please wear comfortable walking footwear.  Thongs (and similar styled footwear) are not suitable as all adventure activities require closed toe footwear eg shoes, runners.  

Yes, the three tourist parks and car parking are all next door to each other.

You may get wet.  The good news is the huge program has plenty of indoor activities that will keep your family active during rainy periods.  Umbrellas are okay to bring.

While you and your family will have great fun attending for just one day, we believe our huge program has more to offer than just one day of fun.  A family of 4 pay only $196.00 for festival entry over the two days.  This price is only available for families who pay for a 2 day ticket in advance of the festival.    Second day tickets will be available at the completion of the first day should you wish to make such a purchase at the price of $119.00 for a family of 4.

I am aware that the Phillip Island Adventure Resort has two lakes both of which are unfenced.  I am responsible for my child's safety and other people I may be responsible for on the day and must supervise accordingly in relation to the dangers the two lakes pose.

The festival program includes a number of activities that require a physical effort.  I agree that members of my family, those I am responsible for and myself are physically capable to undertake the activities chosen.

I agree for my image to be used by Event Support in any promotional material.
